  Malaysia’s import of USB flash drives from China is mainly divided into two major parts:the USB flash drive import process and customs clearance after the arrival of USB flash drive goods in Hong Kong:

USB flash drive import process

  1,looking for Chinese suppliers:Malaysian importers should first clarify their specific requirements for the USB flash drive,such as capacity,read and write speed,appearance,etc.,and then look for suitable Chinese USB flash drive suppliers,the two sides of the product specifications,price,delivery and other terms of negotiation and sign a purchase contract.

  2、Preparation of USB flash drive export documents

  Commercial invoice:to be filled out and signed in English,including model number,capacity,quantity and type of goods,detailed trade name,gross and net weight,FOB and CIF fees and prices and other items,and the description of the goods on the packaging must be consistent with the invoice,invoices are usually in triplicate.

  Arrangement of transportation:According to the quantity of goods,delivery date and budget and other factors,choose the appropriate mode of transportation,such as sea,air or land transportation.Commonly sea freight,the transportation time is relatively long but the cost is low,suitable for large quantities of goods;air transport is fast,suitable for small quantities of urgent needs,high-value goods,USB flash drives will generally choose air transport.
